Part Two of Six
Divine Spirit, Mother, Father, God, Angels, Archangels: we ask now as we go through this meditation that the white light of love surrounds us and protects us and as your love embraces us we move forward with each experience, and So It Is.
Breathe in for the count of three and out for the count of three, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Continue that deep breathing cycle.
Visualize above your head the most beautiful white light.
Visualize that the light coming own from the top of your head, and every breath that you take, you are breathing in the white light that is the source of the Universe.
Visualize the white light flowing down to every muscle, every bone, every organ in your body. Surrounding and encompassing you.
You look to the right of the boat and there waiting for you is the Archangel Michael. His eyes pierce through to your soul, and you feel the love and warmth that radiates from him.
He carries a sword of light with him, which is the sword of protection for all who ask. He helps you into the boat. He will accompany you to the first stage of your journey.
Sit down and feel the peace and protection as Michael places his most exquisite, purple velvet cloak and its protection, around you. This is Archangel Michael’s cloak of protection, strength and truth.
Feel the warmth of his cloak and know you are protected at all times.
Slowly the boat takes you and Michael along the channels, deeper and deeper into the cavern. You look up and there you see the glow worms on the ceiling, shining down on you. You feel the water dripping down beside the rocks; the boat comes to a stop. Step out from the boat and right there in front of you is a smaller cave.
Here you will begin to receive the first part of the healing that you know your soul has been searching for.
The smaller cave is completely surrounded with amethyst. It is a deep purple color. It is the most wonderful elevator and energizing for your mind, body and spirit.
In the middle of this cave is a smooth and polished amethyst bed. Lie on the bed, breathe in the color of purple and feel yourself completely encased and centered. Feel your body gently pulsating, every cell, every muscle, every bone, every organ, as they each receive this energy.
Michael stands behind you and places his hands on the sides of your head. Know he has cloaked you in protection as he works with you. Feel Michael’s presence as he asks you to become ‘who you really are. And just stand in the truth. All the courage he gives you to face the truth and to overcome any obstacles and fears that you may have. It is time to let go of any fears that no longer serves you. It is time to let go of any fears and negativity that you have. Bring to mind any people, any situation, that you are having difficulty to face up to.
It may be time to cut the ties to that person or situation. Do you need help with clear communication in a relationship? Or do you require physical strength for a particular situation?
Is it spiritual strength you are asking for? Archangel Michael is here to protect you.
As Michael now cuts through, with his sword of life, any negative situation you have or situation in your life, repeat to yourself:
Michael protect and give me strength as you cut through and release all that no longer serves me. I know this is for the higher good in all there is. I claim back my power, and So Be It.
Now feel the joy that seeps into every cell of your body.
Slowly and gently sit up and get down from the amethyst bed. Place the purple velvet cloak neatly on the bed for the next time you visit. Now as your healing time has come to and end with Michael, he leads you back to the boat.
