Part Five of Six
Divine Spirit, Mother, Father, God, Angels, Archangels: we ask now as we go through this meditation that the white light of love surrounds us and protects us and as your love embraces us as we move forward with each experience, and So It Is.
Breathe in for the count of three and out for the count of three, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Continue that deep breathing cycle.
Visualize above your head the most beautiful white light.
Visualize that the light coming own from the top of your head, and every breath that you take, you are breathing in the white light that is the source of the Universe.
Visualize the white light flowing down to every muscle, every bone, every organ in your body. Surrounding and encompassing you.
There waiting at the boat for you to begin the final steps of your healing journey is Archangel Gabriel. She covers you in her glorious yellow cloak.
The cloak reassures and remembers without ego who you are. You are now feeling at peace with yourself. The boat moves along the water and you now reach Gabriel’s citrine cave.
The intensity of the yellow fill your whole being. There is a beautiful citrine bed in the center of the cave. Lie on the citrine bed and breathe in the energies of the citrine and feel the yellow saturate every part of your being, helping you to
overcome fear so that you might fulfil your spiritual potential.
Remember ‘who you are.’
Archangel Gabriel stands behind you and places her hands on the sides of your head. Gabriel brings hope to you and will help you to focus on your dreams and aspirations. There will be signs and answers if you listen and look.
Allow the doors of opportunity to open, to hear your heart’s call. Ask yourself:
“What do I really want from life? Why do I want that?”
Say in your mind: Archangel Gabriel, work with me to focus my heart and my mind to help me understand and develop my own true potential. Fill me with purpose and a renewed sense of direction. And So Be It.
Get down off the citrine bed and remove the yellow cloak. Leave it neat and tidy on the citrine bed ready for your next visit.
Thank Archangel Gabriel as she leads you back to the boat.
