Part Six of Six
Divine Spirit, Mother, Father, God, Angels, Archangels: we ask now as we go through this meditation that the white light of love surrounds us and protects us and as your love embraces us as we move forward with each experience, and So It Is.
Breathe in for the count of three and out for the count of three, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Continue that deep breathing cycle.
Visualize above your head the most beautiful white light.
Visualize that the light coming own from the top of your head, and every breath that you take, you are breathing in the white light that is the source of the Universe.
Visualize the white light flowing down to every muscle, every bone, every organ in your body. Surrounding and encompassing you.
There waiting at the boat is Archangel Michael who will guide you back to the steps.
You have peace as the boat slowly floats on the water, the glow worms shining above you.
And now as you step out of the boat and start walking up the steps that you had stepped down into this cave you feel at complete ease within yourself and your mind is at peace.
As you reach the entrance to the cave you say goodbye to Archangel Michael and thank him for all the blessings your have received.
Feel his sword of light cut you free from any unwanted bonds with other people, or bonds with groups, whether these bonds are of this lifetime or other lifetimes. Know that his cutting is complete and permanent.
As you thank Archangel Michael you know that he, alone with all of the other Archangels you have met on this journey will always be with you. All you need to do is to ask for their assistance and they will be there for you. You feel a
deep sense of having received deep spiritual learnings and releases of those things/people who no longer serve you in your present life, and a wonderful sense of freedom from past lives.
You are outside now; you see the golden path and start walking back. You feel so refreshed and so good. You have all the energies of the crystal caves and the crystal beds that you lay upon. They are working with you now; through every part of your being you feel them vibrate and resonate within you.
As you walk this path and come closer to where you began, start taking in some deep breathes and know that you can visit these caves whenever you want to, to revitalize any areas of your body, to bring healing and clarity to your present life.
When you are ready, return to the present, feeling at peace with yourself and all that surrounds you!
